All orders are hand packaged carefully to ensure every item is shipped and received in good condition.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, and they are shipped within two–three business days of receiving payment. We ship via the United States Postal Service and UPS. The shipping cost includes shipping, handling and insurance. Shipping tracking # will be provided once package is shipped.
Shipping claims:
If an item is lost by the mail carrier, customers will receive a refund as soon as we receive a refund from the mail carrier. Native Turquoise Treasures must be notified before any item is returned by the customer.
